We ship a stock sample so you can check feel, noise, heat-up and finish. Roughly 10 days for stock samples; logo samples take slightly longer. Sample cost is typically credited against your first bulk order.
Logo position and method, housing colour or spray finish, gift box artwork, manual language, barcode and warning labels. We send artwork proofs and, for logo / colour changes, a pre-production sample for written approval.
10-25 days after sample approval. Every unit is function-tested before packing; cartons are checked for drop, quantity and labelling. You receive photos of the finished goods before they leave.
We work with your forwarder or recommend one. Standard pack: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certification documents for your market. Carton dimensions and weights are supplied up front so you can cost freight before you order.

Quoted per order. CE (LVD / EMC), RoHS, FCC, UKCA documentation. NRTL listing (UL / ETL) can be arranged for retail chains - ask for a cost and timeline.
